Wildflower honey is our signature honey and the perfect all-around honey. The bees collect nectar from multiple flower sources making this a California "polyfloral" and a local favorite. The taste depends on the nectar sources that the bees collect including rosemary, lavender, eucalyptus, clover and buckwheat. This varietal is complex and will vary in color from amber to dark amber. It's incredibly versatile and is great for baking and marinades.
